RUSSIA – An expansive mint and used collection of some 3,000 different issues primarily focused on the period from the 1930s to 1970s presented in one massive pristine Scott Specialty album! While the collection does include issued earliest days of Soviet Union, up to 1930s the pages are sparsely populated, and then from the 1930s onwards it is highly complete, including numerous souvenir and miniature sheets like highly prized mint Stalin’s birthday sheet (#1325), albeit seems to be stuck to page, cancelled sheet of 25^th anniversary of death of Lenin (#1327a), and others! Just some of the premium sets mostly from the 1930s and 40s include such highlights like mint #850-851, 909-910, 1059-1066, 1510-1511, 1512-1514, 1605-1609, 1808-1820, used #845-849, 852-855, 857-858, 860-866, 1132-1146, 1394-1399, 1497-1499, 1598-1602, 1624-1627, 1680-1687, and more!
