GREAT BRITAIN – An attractive collection of close to a thousand different issues in three volumes tracing British stamps from the dawn of philately and then right into the 1990s on its modern terminus! The collection is anchored by a Scott Specialty album with a nicely populated turn of the 20^th century section featuring better singles like mint #79, 121, 145, used #17, 20-21, 49, 61, 66, 67, 81, 83, 99, 100, 104, 117, 122, 136, 138, 139, 140, and then comprehensive coverage of the 1900s, which is expanded into a pair of homemade albums for modern issues from the 1980s and 90s! Even the homemade portion of the collection is very nice, full of informative annotations – lovely lot! Gen.
