BELGIUM – While in World Wars Belgium tries to stay neutral and gets overrun, in philately it is well established and entrenched, as one of the pillar countries within European subsection! This is a worthy collection of close to two thousand different issues covering the century and a half long period from the very dawn of philately and into the last decade of the 20^th century presented in a Minkus album!

The collection is put together by a dedicated collector, and while it includes early period highlights like used #2, 4, 6-8, 9-12, 13-16, 23-26b, 31, among others, what really stands out is the myriads of minor color and perforation varieties stacked right next to or underneath the main ones! Furthermore, the collection includes a solid showing once it gets into the first half of the 20^th century decades showcasing early semi-postal and airmail issues!
