Prince Edward Island is one of the main Canadian provinces that confederated to form Canada in the late nineteenth century. Before confederation, it issued only sixteen stamps. Three are scarce. The entire country can be bought for under a thousand dollars. But the fun part is that the stamps, especially in nice condition, a hard to find.
