ARGENTINA – HIGH QUALITY COLLECTION FROM THE 19th CENTURY CLASSICS TO 2012 IN THREE SCOTT ALBUMS – This is an impressive mostly mint collection of some 3,000 different issues covering well over a century and a half long period from the dawn of philately in the middle of the 19^th century on one end and then running into the teen years of the 21^st century on another presented neatly housed in three Scott albums inside hingeless mounts! The collection is exceptionally well rounded, as it includes comprehensive coverage right from the beginning with such individual standouts like mint #5-7, used #11-13, 18-21, 22-26, 27, 30-32, among others, but ultimately it is the sheer scope of the collection that standouts first and foremost! The modern portion is every bit as impresive, as it showcases post WWII period virtually complete with numerous booklets and miniature sheets! Beautiful collection (virtually all mint from the mid-20^th mark) assembled by a dedicated collector over decades of collecting! Huge catalog value and a tremendous effort on the part of a collector!
