CEYLON/SRI LANKA, MALTA, NETHERLANDS – Pristine Minkus volume split fairly evenly three ways between Ceylon, Malta, and Netherlands! All three sections combine 19^th century issues with ones from the late 20^th century, but at the same time coverage varies a lot, and thus the collection would be suited as a framework to build upon (with lots of space to expand and pages in great condition), or alternatively as a resource for those looking to advance their respective portfolios.
