INTERNATIONAL COLLECTION – P COUNTRIES IN A SCOTT INTERNATIONAL ALBUM – An expansive mint and used collection of a couple thousand different issues presented in a Scott International album covering P countries from Paraguay to Poland. The collection is rather fragmented combining late 19^th century issues on one end and then running into the 1970s on the opposite. Paraguay, Persia, Peru, and Poland anchor the lot with the former three forming some of the more interesting sections, while Poland forms one of the larger subsections.
