MONACO – HIGH VALUE SELECTION – Very attractive largely mint selection of a couple thousand issues in total with very limited duplication that traces stamps of Monaco from the very first set issued in the 1880s and then running into the late decades of the 20^th century a hundred years later presented on Scott numbered stock pages, as well as numerous complete sets stacked in glassines! This is an old school selection that comes from the stock of a major former US stamp dealer, and it is in so many ways much more akin to a collection than your ‘usual’ stock selection, as duplication is very limited throughout! The selection commands huge a catalog value overall with nice grouping of imperf varieties from the 1930s, such early period highlights like mint #4 (no gum), 5 (no gum), 20 (NH), as well as back-of-the-book high value sets like mint #B36-B50 (NH), and lots more! Very impressive ratio of mint material; great resource for collectors looking to bolster their Monacan portfolio in multiple sections all at once! Gen.
