UNITED STATES – MOSTLY MINT COLLECTION OF PLATE BLOCKS – Nice virtually all mint collection of hundreds of plate number blocks (closer to a thousand) contained in one large carton and sub-compartmentalized in eight volumes. The core of the lot is a mint collection in 3 Harris albums, but ultimately the lot is rather fragmented with some overlap that, once condensed into one cohesive collection, would yield one nice collection with a focus on the midcentury period, but to some degree spreading into early and late, of the 20^th century! Particularly nice is the portion covering the 1930s and 40s populated to a comprehensive degree. Gen.
